Customer Service Representative - Medspa

Location: Amerejuve Medspa, Atlanta. GA

Schedule: 9 am to 6 pm, Tuesday - Saturday

Amerejuve Medspa is a leading medical aesthetics and wellness practice focused on providing personalized, high-quality experiences to our clients. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Atlanta team

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding services, appointments, memberships, promotions, and general practice information.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage appointments and support client retention.
  • Maintain accurate client information and appointment records in the practice management/CRM system.
  • Check clients in and out and assist with payment processing when needed.
  • Educate clients about available services and promotions while maintaining a consultative, client-focused approach.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate services and encourage clients to schedule consultations.
  • Communicate effectively with providers and other team members to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and privacy requirements.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, front desk, medspa, sales, spa, salon, or aesthetics experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, email, and texting platforms.
  • Ability to learn and confidently communicate information about aesthetic and wellness services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales or membership experience is a plus.
